This module shall provide the following functionalities to the clients:
- Ability to track their legal cases for clients
- Ability to list down the chronological orders of events in each matter.
- Ability to include CRM, to better manage the client’s information and relationship.
- Collaborate, share documents / information with clients easily.
- Ability for customers to view their invoices and payment records, if need be.
- Ability for customer to view their IP portfolio or other matter statuses, and to also print out their own case report, if need be.
- Automate system reminders and notifications of cases, payment and events respectively.
