Client Portal Module

This module shall provide the following functionalities to the clients:

  • Ability to track their legal cases for clients
  • Ability to list down the chronological orders of events in each matter.
  • Ability to include CRM, to better manage the client’s information and relationship.
  • Collaborate, share documents / information with clients easily.
  • Ability for customers to view their invoices and payment records, if need be.
  • Ability for customer to view their IP portfolio or other matter statuses, and to also print out their own case report, if need be.
  • Automate system reminders and notifications of cases, payment and events respectively.
